Its really very necessary to control stress and tensions because it directly affects our health ,  due to regular stress the response system of our body become too weak and it decreases hormone levels and disables our body to return normally. Regular stress make our body weak and less protect able against health problems. But don’t worry there’s a solution to everything.

First, we have to understand that to gain a reward, we have to go through a lot of pain. Which might be in the form of stress and hectic schedule, etc. In such a situation you might think that the whole world is against you and nobody understands you. That’s not the situation exactly, every person who is under pressure thinks in such a way, but again positive attitude and approach to every difficult situation can make it easy.
People with strong social networks (attached with their friends  and family or loving ones) suffer less stress and overall mentally fit in comparison to those without these social support.

Practice these exercises at a regular basic

  • Continuous work at office may give leave you under a lot of stress, you might also feel tensed due to extra work. The best solution is to refresh yourself by taking short breaks and get relaxed.
  • Take a walk outside the office in natural environment during short breaks. It gives you vitamin D from sunlight which is helpful for you to sleep well in the night.
  •  Instead of going through the Elevator, prefer taking the stairs to the maximum.
  • Practice Meditation, the secrets of the whole problem is Dhyana, meditation. Through practicing meditation we begin to realize that the cause of our disappointments, unhappiness and problems is not the outside, material world. The cause of our restlessness and turmoil is internal.
  • Try playing games like crossword or puzzle if you are mentally stressed. You will surely feel relaxed.For once you might think that it is totally out of the situation, but it works.
  • Try listening to your favourite music so that it makes you feel energetic.
  • Walking in the natural air in the early morning and evening will relax your body and mind which will help all over in your daily life. You may also take the help by taking aroma therapy.
  • Spend some time with your family and friends. Give time to your hobbies and passion etc. These are some small secrets, but you would not believe that how fast they work to break  the  stress.
